Ops Roles
2K is community-powered — no spectators, only participants. These are the behind-the-scenes roles that make the weekend run.
📖 Bryan walks you through each role on site. You don't need to arrive early to learn anything — but if you'd like hands-on time, you're welcome to come up the weekend before (Oct 16–18).
👕 Ops roles may get a and/or first dibs at on-site beds, depending on contribution. You'll be using gear Bryan already owns.
Want one? Mention it when you RSVP, or just tell Bryan. Signing up is just
interest — it doesn't automatically commit you, and Bryan will confirm. You don't have to
run a role by yourself or all weekend: many roles can have more than one person, and
covering even one day is useful.
